I bought this 6-24×50 Mil dot scope at a Kenner LA gun show in the 90s, it has made its way from a Browning 270 A bolt, to a Remington 700 308, to an AR 18 inch barrel its close, if not to 30 years old. never ever gave me issues and has always been super accurate (furthest shot was 320ish yards). anyway, I was recently replacing the battery and the “O” ring finally gave. I wrote Osprey and Ron, looked up what I needed and sent me a whole replacement battery cover cap. I can’t say enough about my Ol’ Osprey scope
