Received this as replacement for a red laser that stopped working and had been discontinued.. This unit appears to work fine. This review is about Osprey Customer Service which was excellent. When I identified the issue with my red laser Osprey promptly contacted me and provided information on the lifetime warranty and a return authorization for the broken unit. I sent it to them and they advised that it was no longer available but they could substitute this item (the green thin laser). They quickly sent the replacement. Osprey just does not talk about having a great warranty program – they deliver on it without hassle. Big thumbs up, and when I am stopping at the Osprey booth at my next gun show those around me will certainly hear me talking about the integrity of this operation.
