Bought the scope from Chris Jourdan (sales Trainer for Osprey) at the Dixie Deer Classic. He took the time to thoroughly explain the difference style scopes.
I Mounted it on an unfired 6.5 PRC. Zeroed at 200 yrds then directly to 500 yards. Minor adjust ment from the BC calculator and center. Same at 750 yards. The first shot at 1000 yards was on the plate. (30×34). Could see clearly the impacts from each shot. Had around 5 to 8 mph cross wind.
I also have a Burris Eliminator 5 on a 7mm mag. (White Gold Medallion Browning). Way more expensive. Why more effort and ammo to hit the same plate at 1000 yards.
In my opinion this is a high quality scope. Clear, accurate, and easy to adjust with the large stiff tarrant.
Osprey equipment and staff are second to none in my humble opinion.
